Devon said when the business called and told him the vehicle was ready she found that they had not replaced the windshield, which had a crack down its entire length, and it would have been illegal to drive in that condition. The side window was not properly tinted. She did not accept the vehicle and she insisted that the windshield should be replaced. After the windshield was replaced the vehicle was returned to her with shards of glass inside of it. They did not set a due date. The vehicle was at this business for a month. She will not recommend this business because of her bad experience. She said her preferred mechanic no longer recommends this business because of other customers that claimed they did not have good experiences.
