Joe said he didn't think the overall experience was perfect, but everything with the repair was fine. The vehicle was ready three days later than promised because the wrong rim was ordered, but it wasn't a big deal. The vehicle was clean when they returned it, but whatever chemicals or dirty rag they used left stuff on the interior glass and plastic and he had to return to have that cleaned again. The personnel were great. The rental they provided was a Chrysler 300. He said it was beautiful, but it sat in his driveway and he used his own second vehicle. The Chrysler has a 5.7 engine, getting 10-12 miles per gallon and he is used to getting 24 miles per gallon in the city and 31 miles per gallon on the freeway. This business does a good job and he would return if necessary.
