Micheal said he was not happy with his overall experience because there were a couple of exterior pieces they did not include in the repair. The business did not repair his vehicle to his satisfaction because he has to take it back to the insurance company to fix the other damage. He was not kept informed about the repair process and he was not given an estimate of the total damages.
