Mark said he rated them a 4 for his overall experience because they missed a couple of things to do on his vehicle. The driver's side mirror had paint scratched off from it and the driver's back door had dents that were not there previously. He has to take his vehicle back to have them check it out. His vehicle was not repaired to his satisfaction on the first visit because of the reasons mentioned above. He had to wait an extra day for his vehicle and he is not sure why there was a delay. He paid for the repair work out of pocket. They were helpful and he enjoyed working with them.
