Jeremy said that he did not receive his vehicle until a week after his vehicle was promised to him. This business did not give him a reason for the delay. He called this business as well as his wife everyday but was not updated as to what was going on. He said they seemed annoyed when they would call and bring up this problem. This business is lacking in organization and customer service. When his wife went to this business to see what was going on, she was told her vehicle had been ready for a day but they were never contacted. He was not kept informed during the process for the reasons already mentioned. He would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.
