Jeremiah said they were easy, convenient and did a good job. He suggested that this business send more updates on the progress of the vehicle so the customer can be better informed of the repair progress. He said he did have a small communication issue with the insurance company because they were supposed to waive the $500 deductible fee because the other insurance company assumed responsibility. Because his insurance company did not contact this business, they were unaware of the them waiving the fee. He said it was not a huge problem but it is a communication issue the insurance should be aware of.
