Maleena said she was not completely satisfied with her overall experience because the representative who helped her, bad mouthed her insurance company and argued with her regarding the insurance company. The representative asked whether the job should be done and they should be contacted. It delayed the job being done by several days. The vehicle was not ready when promised because of the reasons mentioned. She did not appreciate that situation with the representative.
