Tommie said he wasn't completely satisfied with the way the insurance company handled his claim because they wouldn't cover the damage to his alternator and he had to pay out of pocket to have it repaired. Before he went to the business he went to another vehicle repair business down the street from them. They concluded that the damage to the alternator was a result of the accident, but this business said it wasn't. He wouldn't recommend this business for service for the above reason. He said he felt like the business and his insurance company are conniving. They are partnered together and won't cover certain things, just so they can get more money.
