Jamie said she called on the morning that her vehicle was supposed to be ready and she asked what time the work would be finished because she needed to make arrangements to pick the vehicle up. She was told they would call her back but they never did. There is a spot on the bumper that needs to be painted, but she has not had a chance to bring the vehicle back in.
