Jennifer said she was not completely satisfied with her experience because there were some issues. Therefore, she was not satisfied with the body work. The handle was not put on properly and it was too tight. There were squeaky noises with the hatch. There was a strong smell or odor of plastic. She said they put stickers on the exhaust pipe and perhaps this caused the odor. Her vehicle was late and it took ten days to get the vehicle back because of unspecified problems. They did not keep her informed during the repair process but she chose not to elaborate further. She will not recommend this facility to others for the reasons mentioned.
