Elizabeth said there were a bunch of little things that went wrong here and there with this business. There was a misunderstanding between herself, this business, and the insurance company with the initial estimate. They were able to straighten the issue out and in the end she was satisfied. The repairs were great and if she has to do more repairs to her vehicle she will go back to them. She asked an employee for a can of touch up paint. The paint that he gave her didn't match the paint of her vehicle. Now her vehicle has patches of a two slightly different colors all around her vehicle.
