Spoke with Ryan. He said he has had far better experiences with other facilities as far as customer service, turnaround time, repair work done and communication. The front bumper was not aligned with the fenders and one of the wheels was damaged when the facility did repair work on it, chipping the paint. He will be taking his vehicle back to the facility to have these two issues addressed. They were also not very courteous about doing any extra work on his vehicle not related to the accident. He wasn't given a specific promise date or time for completion. He will not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.
