Dana said the work this business did was great. She telephoned them to find out how long it was going to take for the parts to come in for her vehicle. She spoke with a gentleman and he told her he would telephone her back. He never returned her telephone call. She had to telephone them back. She spoke with a young woman who told her they had not returned her call because they had not heard back from the insurance company. She would have appreciated if they would have had the courtesy to return her call. She had to be on top of them to get information from them. Their customer service was terrible. Her vehicle was returned 5 days later than promised. This was due to a parts delay. She was not satisfied with the personnel due to the reasons previously stated. She would not recommend them because there is another business that would have had both quality in their work and the customer service covered.
