I took my Neon in to have the timing belt replaced, got a call that evening saying that the cam seal and another seal needed replaced, Steven told me that since they had it torn apart already they would not charge me for labor just the parts. ( each seal was under $20), when I went to pick it up he charged me an additional $83 for labor on the seals and refused to take it off, said that is not what he told me. It was what he told me and that's the only reason I even said replace the seals because he wasn't going to charge me labor
