Trustworthy, helpful staff
I have been doing business with Firestone at Busch and 56th Street for two years. I have a very old car. The staff here has been helpful, informative and even kind. As a single woman, I have been "taken" on a few occasions when it pertains to car mechanics that I know nothing about! This place is different. They give me options. They tell me what needs to be repaired today and what can safely wait for another day. They offered a credit card option when I did not have cash to pay for repairs. They have given me lifts home. I could not be more pleased with the quality services this Firestone shop has provided to me and my little old Toyota. God bless each of you mightily. And I pray you will always provide quality services to all who bless you with their business. Thank you so much!
