Kellee said the business did what needed to be done but there was some scratches left around the area where the repairs were made that were not there when she dropped her vehicle off. She has not informed the business of the scratches. In addition, she was expecting the business to call her after the repair was made to see how everything was going. She is satisfied with the business keeping her informed during the repair process but unsatisfied because of the lack of follow up by phone.
