Penny said she was never promised a time when she would get her vehicle back. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and she was not happy with the communication because no one contacted her until her vehicle was ready. She said she was about to call them when they contacted her because she thought they had her vehicle a little longer than she anticipated. It would have been nice if this business had called her with a status update.
