Veronica said the person she dealt with shoved off her concerns and only focused on the body work. She told him the u-joint was cracked and he told her they would look at it later. Later, he said it wasn't caused by the accident. They didn't clean her vehicle and there were bugs when she picked it up. These issues were a little frustrating. Her vehicle was supposed to be ready in 3 days, but they kept calling and pushing the promised date out. She was told they had trouble releasing the bolts. She dropped off her vehicle on a Thursday and they didn't start work until the following Tuesday. The front desk people were great. The representative wouldn't answer her questions or would dance around the answer. The estimator didn't include the damage under the vehicle. She planned to take her vehicle to another business to have the repairs completed. She would love to return with this vehicle if she didn't have to work with the same estimator, affecting the treatment and communication.
