Thomas said he would rate his overall experience at 25 if he could. He was doing a review of his experience on Google and Yelp. Titus Will Collision Center made the whole process entirely seamless, and especially Bruce Lewis, who is the best he's ever seen. Thomas has been to this facility twice, and Bruce Lewis has been at the facility 28 years. Thomas believed Titus Will Collision Center was raising the standard of auto body repair in the entire area. He's been in the customer service industry for 30 years, and Bruce Lewis is the best he's ever dealt with. Thomas was satisfied beyond his wildest imagination with the thoroughness of Bruce Lewis as the estimator and service writer. He chose this facility based on reputation this time. Initially an insurance company recommended it, but his concern was quality and the decision wasn't in regard to State Farm but due to the work done before. He knew from the first time it was clear this facility was a cut above. In his 30 years in customer service, he was in the rental vehicle business for 5 years, and he knows how to look for body damage. With both repairs, there was no indication of an accident, both vehicles looked like new, and looked even better than before. Thomas said because of his high standards as a CSR in the past, he's somewhat picky, and he's not obnoxious, but this business met the highest standards. They work as a team and it was completely seamless and flawless. Thomas said to tell this business he'd see them next time.
