Doug said this business did an okay job. He was expecting more from them. He said it took them two weeks to give him an estimate, but he was not really given an estimate as to how long it would take to complete the repairs. He was not satisfied with the estimator or the communication for the reasons mentioned. As a result of this visit he would not recommend others to this facility.
