Questional business practice
I go to get a 90K check up and they charge me for a part and "forget" to let me know that they did not install it but charged me and did not tell me that I would have to bring my car back.
I would never trust them again. This appear to be a racket to make you come back to them. Avoid them
Another example of the questionable business pratice is that I can't choose zero stars...that way they at least get one , but they dont' deserve even that.

Mr. Ihli, Again I apologize for the communication error during your visit. The filter you were charged for was part of the service but was not in stock. we require pre payment for all special order parts. You were charged the part purchase but no labor was pre billed as explained. I am sorry this was not disclosed to you fully when you picked up your vehicle and that you had to fins out when you were called that your part had arrived. I offered a full refund of the $15.81 for the filter charge and would get that sent out ASAP if you could return our calls. thank you again for your visit and I am sorry it was less than perfect experience
