BUYER BEWARE! Go here if you like to be lied to.
These guys will do anything to get your sale. I was lied to about what is required to maintain my free lifetime oil changes. I was also lied to about being able to get Principle Only Payments on my car loan. They'll tell you what you want to hear, to get the sale. Once the funds trade hands, you're on your own.

I am sorry to hear that there was an issue with communication from the sales department about financing issues and the agreement for lifetime oil change requirements.
