Spoke with Darlene. She said the manager was the reason that her experience turned out okay. The repairs were delayed because of the insurance company not responding in a timely manner. She chose not to elaborate about the delay length. She had to initiate contact with the business because no one called to update her.

Robert said everything went great. He did not have any real communication with the business because the service was so fast.

Dennis said he would highly recommend this business. The vehicle took about a month longer than expected. The delay was due to a quality issue. The used doors that were ordered did not meet the business' quality standards and more had to be ordered.

Georgia said Jimbo and another young man, whose name she could not remember, were just so kind and helpful. She dropped off her vehicle without an appointment, told them she was in no hurry to get it back and they called to let her know when the vehicle was done. The facility is always great and she never has any problems with them.
