Felicia said she felt the business could have had better communication during this experience. She was told she needed an oil change, which she paid for, but her oil light came on two weeks after the repair. She asked Charlotte if there were any specials for the spark plugs that needed to be changed and was told there was not. She found this strange since she had a coupon on her from the business, which she chose not to use. She was not satisfied with the information given during the repair process because she had to initiate contact and was only contacted when they were finished.
