Tandylyn said she was not satisfied with her overall experience because they let her drive off from the lot with a broken steering column. They didn't test drive the vehicle prior to leaving this business. She was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because they didn't fix the problem. She almost got into an accident on the freeway after leaving this business because she could not turn correctly. They did not promise her a time to pick up the vehicle. She stated that they did not communicate with her until the rental vehicle went out. However, she was not satisfied with the way she was treated because Diane asked her if there was another vehicle at home that she could use. She said Diane didn't want to consult with her manager about providing a rental. She didn't appreciate what Diane said to her. Also, she was not satisfied with the communication because if they would have communicated then her steering column would be fixed. Tandylyn will not recommend this business based on her experience and because she did not appreciate them letting her leave with a broken steering column.
