Denise said when she picked up the vehicle she noticed a ding on the door and asked why it was not fixed. Her husband was convinced the ding was a part of her daughter's wreck because it is in the area where they fixed the vehicle. It would have been good customer service for them to fix it. The ding could has been easily fixed. The estimate was higher than another business. This business was chosen because she said they know they are good.
