Maurice said the business took almost a month, which was about two weeks later than promised, over a parts delay. He had to call them if he wanted updates on his vehicle, so he was not kept adequately informed and was not happy with the communication as a result. He has been happy with them in the past, but they seemed very disorganized on this visit. His wife handled the person with the estimate. He never met with the staff on this visit, so he chose not to evaluate the way he was treated. He would recommend them because he loves them and has been happy there in the past.
