Thomas said he has been a customer of the business for over 10 years and will not take his vehicle anywhere else, but there was too much back and forth between his insurance company and the business during this visit. There were too many telephone calls to him that should have went to the insurance company or the business. He continues and will continue to go to the business because of the professionalism and courtesy shown to him by the staff. His vehicle was delayed two weeks because they found additional damage. He was not adequately informed during the repair process. The insurance company called the rental car business and told them that his vehicle was ready to be picked up. The business did not call and tell him. He said this experience was poorly handled.
