Stacey said everything was fine, except for Chad because he did not communicate with her. She needs to bring her vehicle back in so the two spots in the paint can be redone. She was not given a time when her vehicle would be done. Chad did not communicate with her, so she did not consider herself informed. The only staff she dealt with was Chad, and he did not communicate well.
