Ltryce said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because she had to pay the difference because the insurance company would not pay for all of it, and she did not like how long it took. Also she mentioned that her vehicle was 1 day late with no explanation from this business. She stated that she was not kept adequately informed during the repair process nor was she satisfied with the communication because she had to call them to find out the status of the vehicle. She did say that she had her insurance agent do an estimate and tried to get this business to go with her insurance company's estimate and they would not. Lastly she stated that she would not recommend this business because she feels she was not treated fairly.
