Vivian said the overall experience was not as good as she wanted it to be but the vehicle looked great. The service took quite a bit of time and there is also a little, small spot on the door. It was something that was not there when she brought it in. It is very small but other than that experience was fine. This business told her the vehicle would be ready in no more than 1 to 2 weeks. She got her vehicle back this past Thursday and had brought it in after Thanksgiving. Her vehicle was either 3 weeks or 3 and a half weeks late. Her vehicle was not ready when promised due to many things. There was a delay in parts, she lives far away from them and she had an issue with the valet. They had arranged for the valet to pick her vehicle up but the valet did not come. She even pre-arranged for the valet to get her vehicle and get it to her, but no one had called to follow-up. She understands they can not control the valet and they did stay late so she could get her vehicle. She stated she was kept informed but it would have been nice for them to inform her more about what they were planning to do with her vehicle. The personnel were nice. She was satisfied with the communication but she had to constantly call sometimes and she did not get a call back when she expected. They did apologize and she received updates via email. She chose them because her insurance agent suggested them. They are the preferred facility to deal with for high-end vehicles. She also chose them because she trusts their quality of service as opposed to other facilities.
