Adriane stated she was satisfied with the repair service, except for 1 issue. She noticed a pin size dot on the hood, which reaches the metal of the hood. She did speak with a representative, and as a result, they advised her to bring her vehicle back at her earliest convenience. The business is 1 hour away, and she works the same hours as the business. She has had a busy schedule, and it would be an inconvenience to bring her vehicle back to the business, because she would have to take time off of work again. The staff also left a black substance on the inside and outside of her vehicle. The black substance is located on the head liner which touches the wind shield, all the way up the door portion. It was on the front driver's side door panel, and also on the driver's seat. Otherwise the staff performed a great job. The repair service was 1 week late, due to parts and shipping issue. Adriane stated it wasn't a big deal, and she understood the reason for the cause of delay. She did have to initiate phone calls every day to obtain updated information.
