Kevin said he was very disappointed with the service at this business. He was told he would get his vehicle on the Friday after he brought it in, but it turned out to be one month before he got his vehicle back. His vehicle was not cleaned even though he was told that they would do this. The blinds that came with the vehicle are missing and there was an excess amount of dust in the tire compartments. He stated that his vehicle was not ready when promised because of a parts delay. He was not contacted with updates and he had to call this business to find out what was going on. He also had to contact his insurance company. This business told his insurance company that it was because they had put something on backwards. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated because he could never get a hold of someone and could only leave messages on the answering machine until one week before he got his vehicle back when Randy called him. He said he would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons mentioned.
