Laurie said her vehicle was ready month a late and she had to pay out-of-pocket for a rental vehicle. The vehicle was late because they were supposed fix the vehicle one way, but it had to be fixed a different way. She chose not to elaborate. She had to find out about the delay through her insurance company. She was not satisfied with the communication because the business did not keep her updated. She would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.
