Donna said she picked up the vehicle and it had took two weeks to do very little work. She said the clip for the bumper is missing. She was charged $99 for an alignment and the vehicle still needed this service after she picked it up. She stated the customer service was the worst. The business wouldn't do what needed to be done to correct the problem. The parts weren't missing when she brought it in. She thought the business would be top notch and that is why she chose them. She called Eric and was surprised when he told her he wasn't going to do anything else to fix the problem. She wouldn't recommend them for these reasons.
