Laurie stated the staff performed a really good job with the repair services they were able to complete. The repair service was about 1 week late. The reason for the cause of delay was due to the third-party insurance carrier. First they instructed the staff to locate used or after market parts. Eric stated they could not locate the parts the third-party insurance carrier initially requested. As a result, they had to order parts to complete the necessary repairs. The staff found additional repairs needed on her vehicle. However the insurance carrier would not approve the work to completed. Now she has to obtain a lawyer, and fight the claim. Otherwise, she was very happy with the work completed on her vehicle.
