Spoke with Kay. Kay said she gives a 3 rating instead of a 5 when it comes to her satisfaction with the overall experience with this business. She would call to get time estimates, but she wasn't given precise information about it and was given different excuses. Rarely a call would get returned. Originally she wasn't given a time estimate, she was told the information some one would talk to a technician to have a better idea. However, in the 2 weeks they had her vehicle different excuses were given. She would rarely get a callback when it comes to being kept informed. Also, she doesn't know if she's satisfied with the thoroughness of the estimate because she hasn't seen it. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated because of not being given valid answers and rarely returning a phone call. She couldn't say if she's satisfied with this business communication because she had no conversation with the staff that did the actual repairs. She wouldn't recommend this business to others because of the way she was treated and they were busy.
