Rick rated his overall experience a 4 because to rate a 5 they would have needed to stay within the original time frame promised. Twice the date was revised when they found more damage, and he understood that was common, but it was about a week late because the paint took longer and because they had to order a part. When they put it back together they realized they had the wrong door seal. Instead of a driver's door seal, which they had to order, they had a passenger door seal. He was kept adequately informed, but it was a little frustrating towards the end. Rick lives in Atlanta, which is 3 hours away, and he was waiting and waiting so he could schedule a pick-up time, but when he got the call it was 5:00 pm on Friday, which was too late, and he picked it up on Monday. Also, when he arrived to pick it up, he had to argue with the responsible person's insurance company about 3 more days of rental fees, but they did pick up those 3 days. Rick wasn't totally satisfied with communication because towards the end he wasn't kept informed of what was going on. Someone at the shop did offer to come in on Saturday so he could pick it up, but by then, he wasn't willing to give up a day on a weekend. In spite of that, overall, he'd still recommend them. He chose them because they were close to the accident, but Tom Williams also has an Audi business, and he thought he'd have a better chance of getting a good repair. They did a very good job with the repair.
