Cliff said the business personnel did a good job, but there is one bulb on the dash that did not get replaced and his vehicle was late, that is why he rated his overall experience with a 3. He is looking for resolution. Cliff also said his vehicle was not ready when promised. It was about one week late and he is not certain why it was late and thought perhaps it was a parts delay. However, he was asked to turn in the rental car before his car was completely repaired and he was not happy about that.
