Steve said he rated his overall experience a 4 because the business needed to communicate with the insurance company faster. The repair took about a week longer than expected because they missed damage to the front bumper and the back-up sensor. Diane, the estimator was great. He was treated well by everyone and he had no problems. He has used this business before, and it?s the best business of its kind in the area.
