Kelli said her vehicle was ready two weeks later than promised and she was not given a reason for the delay. When they told her the vehicle was ready, she went to pick it up but it was not. They did not call her or return her phone calls. She said their customer service and communication was poor. She chose this business because she has received such outstanding service from their service department. She said she even went outside of her insurance company, which no longer prefers this business and now she sees why they do not. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
