Spoke with Donny. He said he had a bad experience. He said one of the employees he dealt with was not professional. His vehicle was ready 7 days later than promised because State Farm had to come back out to assess the damage underneath the vehicle. He said he would not return to this business or recommend them to others. He said one of the employees was rude to his wife. He attempted to contact a manager, but it seemed they tried to avoid the issue. He said he called this business to see what was happening and they did not return his phone calls. He chose not to evaluate the way he was treated.
