Spoke with Mary. She said her vehicle had a broken gas tank. They had hit something on the road. Her vehicle had to be towed in. Her overall experience with them was rated a 4. When the wrecker pulled up they told him he was at the wrong place. He was to take it to the service center. Louis Campbell the owner of the vehicle said it was supposed to go to the body shop but they wouldn't listen. They unloaded the vehicle. Someone else came out and said it was at the wrong place. It was up to the service center to get it to the right place. Louis was a little annoyed since they didn't listen to him. There was no promised time. It took about 2 weeks to repair. That was okay with her. Louis couldn't pick up the vehicle right away. He was working. He had to wait 3 days to get the vehicle. That was okay. They are 35 miles away from this business. Mary said they have used this business before. They are a great business. It was only the initial towing the vehicle in and having to leave it at the wrong place. It was taken care of and everything was alright.
