Spoke with Victor's wife. She was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the vehicle was not ready when promised. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because she only received a phone call one time during the 5 weeks that the vehicle was there. She did not have any communication with the business. She would not recommend this facility to others because her vehicle was at this business for way too long and she has to return on Monday to have the work re-done.
