Pat said the repair work was done, but not to her satisfaction. They had to rebuff but it still was not right. The manager said Pat could bring the vehicle back for more buffing or he could compensate her for the difference. She told him she would think about it and let him know. He did not return her calls. She went in person and he asked what she would like. She told him she opted to be compensated. He did not do it. The business has been good for her in the past. She would not recommend them because they let her down. It was about trust. She does not even have the vehicle anymore.
