Janet said her overall experience had some issues. She was told it would be 3 to 4 days to repair, but it took 2 weeks. She would have been happier if she had been told 10 to 15 days. She is pleased that the vehicle is now fixed, but the hood that was ordered was damaged at the business and a new one was ordered, causing more delays. She received a call at 2:30 saying the vehicle was ready. When they arrived at 4 pm, they were informed that something else needed to be done on the vehicle and they had to wait until 5. She wasn't given a delay reason. After picking up the vehicle, she noticed the grill on the front was offsides and has returned to the business to have this corrected. There is a skipped place on her door, where the paint had been chipped. She noted she felt the business was too overworked to give attention to the customer. For these reasons, she won't recommend this business.
