Frank stated that the repairs took an extra six days due to parts being ordered. He said that Darlene, the member of the personnel who inspected the vehicle's damage, did not do a thorough inspection. She did not order enough parts for the repairs. He called several times during the repairs and never received any return calls. He expressed his disappointment with the way he was neglected and the way the business dragged out the repairs.
