Albert said he rated 2 on his overall experience because of the time frame since they told him a week but it took 21 days. The delay was mainly due to parts. He wasn't kept adequately informed. First they told him it would be ready on one date and a week later he went by to pick it up. It wasn't ready and they told him it would be another 3 days, but when he went by again 3 days later to pick it up, he had not been informed that it still wasn't ready. Albert spoke with the manager after the second time, the manager said he would take care of it, the manager set a ready date, and they met it. Delays were caused from waiting on parts, and they were going to repair a bumper but then had to replace it. Every time it was a different thing but mainly it was parts. When more work had to be added after the original estimate, the estimator did all the dealing with the insurance company, and Albert was pleased with that. The personnel were very nice. He was pleased with the treatment and very pleased about the work, but he wasn't pleased it turned into 3 weeks. He didn't have rental vehicle coverage and he was paying. The only problem he had with the whole experience was the time frame.They were apologetic, but sometimes apologies don't help. He's already recommended this business. Albert told the person about the problems he had, but he told them they had done great work.
