Arthur said his vehicle was supposed to be ready in 3 weeks. He dropped off his vehicle on April 15, 2013, and he didn't get it back until June. They took longer than expected because they ordered the wrong part and they had to reorder another one. When his vehicle was on their lot it got damaged. There was a rock chip on the windshield that was not there before. He told them about it and they told him to get another estimate from his insurance company. He was not kept informed because the guy he spoke to admitted that he was out of town and he forgot to call him. He only had his rental vehicle for 30 days. It was frustrating because they were not finished with the repair work but they did help him out by paying for the extra days he had his rental vehicle.
