Joshua said he rated 2 on his overall experience because he's taken his vehicle there twice and they still have yet to resolve the issue of multiple scratches on the rear passenger window. The window was replaced as part of the accident repair, but this business told him they'd scratched it. They ordered the window, and he returned, but they replaced the front passenger window rather than the rear window. They told him there were 3 each of the E-46's at the facility and there was a mix up with the paperwork. It's a little mistake but this business is trying to resolve it and he has an appointment to return this Wednesday. It's just inconvenient taking it for a 3rd return. Joshua said instead of 1-2 days it took 3 days. He brought his vehicle late in the day, and this business did their work immediately, but the tinting shop took forever. They were very good at keeping him informed and Diane called him regularly. He'd definitely recommend this business. There were a few mistakes but they weren't anything serious. He chose this business because he has a BMW and they're supposed to be the best from word of mouth. They are very good at what they do.
